By signing below, I, the volunteer, acknowledge that entry into this Agreement is in consideration of my participation as a volunteer, and confirm my understanding and agreement to the following:

I acknowledge that as a volunteer, I am 18 years or older and I do not currently work for the Stanford Vice President of the Arts.

I understand that I am not an employee of Stanford Live or Stanford University, I understand that Stanford Live may terminate my volunteer status at any time, for any or no reason.

I will comply with Stanford Live's volunteer policies outlined in the manual and during training which includes safety rules, conduct expectations, and other directions. I understand that Stanford Live does not tolerate bullying, harassment, threatening behavior, or violence of any kind. I understand that noncompliance may result in termination of my volunteer status.
